Meis is focused on helping patients achieve the most active life possible despite any cardiopulmonary diagnoses and physical limitations.<\/p>\n<p>We tailor our program for individuals with pulmonary disease, with diagnoses such as CHF, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/copd\/index.html#:~:text=What%20is%20COPD%3F,Americans%20who%20have%20this%20disease.\">COPD<\/a>, post heart and lung transplants, emphysema, acute myocardial infarctions, and acute respiratory failure.
